Ask

When you call, we'll ask for the following
  • Your name

  • A phone number we can reach on the day

  • Preferred date and rough time

  • What you'd like

Cut only / cut + color / cut + perm / straightening. Not sure yet? We can decide on the phone

  • What's bothering you about your hair

It doesn't have to be well put. Show us and we'll ask the rest

Just tell us what you can; it's fine to call with things still undecided. We may not be able to answer while with a client. Leave your name and number on the answering machine and we'll call you back.

Q&A

Frequently asked questions
I don't know what I want yet. Can I still come in?

That's what the consultation is for. We take about 20 minutes to hear what's bothering you and how much time you spend on your hair, then decide together. No photos needed.

Do you take walk-ins?

With only three chairs, we can if one is free, but it's not guaranteed. A call ahead, even on the day, really helps.

Can I bring my child?

Of course. You can come in with a stroller. Little ones can only sit still for so long, so we'll help you pick a day for a shorter visit.

Another salon got it wrong. Can you fix it?

It depends on the condition. Often it can't be undone in one visit; if so, we'll explain how we'll bring it back over the coming months. If something can't be done, we'll say so.

Can I cancel the Unlimited Cuts plan?

Yes, from the following month, with no cancellation fee. The joining fee isn't refundable, so we suggest trying a pay-per-visit appointment first.

Cancellations

No cancellation fee if you let us know by the day before. Same-day notice is fine too if something comes up. Only after repeated no-shows may we decline future bookings.
